COMMITMENTS AND CONTINGENCIES	NOTE 12 - COMMITMENTS AND CONTINGENCIES The Company has signed a lease for offices and a warehouse commencing on May 15, 2012. This lease is for a mandatory 12 month term. The rent is paid in pesos. The minimum monthly payments provided for in the lease amount to MEX$11,000 (approximately $897 U.S.) per month.
