PREPAID EXPENSES	In relation to a sub-licensing agreement with NASA, a shareholder has paid royalty fees applicable to 2014 on behalf of the Company. The $100,000 payment was an additional investment in the Company and is not required to be repaid. In addition, the Company has prepaid rent through December 2014, with a remaining prepaid balance of $37,300 as of June 30, 2014, and prepaid interest on a short-term loan of $5,959 as of June 30, 2014.

Tabular disclosure of the amounts paid in advance for capitalized costs that will be expensed with the passage of time or the occurrence of a triggering event, and will be charged against earnings within one year or the normal operating cycle, if longer; the aggregate carrying amount of current assets, not separately presented elsewhere in the balance sheet; and other deferred costs.
