RELATED PARTY TRANSACTIONS	NOTE 3 – RELATED PARTY TRANSACTIONS For the quarter ended December 31, 2016, the President loaned $16,500 to the Company. As of December 31, 2016, the President loaned $138,111 to the Company. This loan is unsecured, noninterest bearing, and due on demand. The office space used by the Company is provided by management of the Company at no charge.
