Expense Support Agreement Amendment

In February 2017, the Company’s board of directors approved the fourth amended and restated expense support agreements with both the Advisor and Property Manager that are effective January 1, 2017.  These amendments limit the annual expense support amount to four percent of the then-current estimated NAV per share and change the calculation to exclude the impact of completed development properties for a specified period of time after the property is placed into service (as defined in the agreement).
