Item 8.01 Other Events
On October 31, 2016, eXp World Holdings, Inc. (the “Company”) announced that a determination had been made to wind down the operations of First Cloud Mortgage, Inc., a Delaware corporation (“First Cloud”), a loan brokerage origination subsidiary formed in July 2015. The Company currently owns a majority and controlling interest in First Cloud.
