SUBSEQUENT EVENTS	13.SUBSEQUENT EVENTS Quarterly Cash Dividend On October 27, 2022, the Company’s Board of Directors declared a dividend of $0.045 per share which is expected to be payable on November 28, 2022, to stockholders of record as of the close of business on November 14, 2022. The ex-dividend date is expected to be November 11, 2022. The dividend will be paid in cash.

The entire disclosure for significant events or transactions that occurred after the balance sheet date through the date the financial statements were issued or the date the financial statements were available to be issued. Examples include: the sale of a capital stock issue, purchase of a business, settlement of litigation, catastrophic loss, significant foreign exchange rate changes, loans to insiders or affiliates, and transactions not in the ordinary course of business.
