DEFINED CONTRIBUTION SAVINGS PLAN [Abstract]
Defined contribution plan, description	During the year ended December 31, 2018, the Company established a defined contribution savings plan to provide eligible employees with a retirement benefit that permits eligible employees the opportunity to actively participate in the process of building a personal retirement fund. The Company sponsors the defined contribution savings plan. In 2019 the Company began matching a portion of contributions made by participating employees.
