Item 8.01    Other Events.

In connection with the Company’s culture of agent ownership, one of our successful equity programs is our Agent Equity Program. This program provides its agents and brokers the opportunity to elect to receive 5% of commissions earned from each completed residential real estate transaction in the form of common stock. Since the inception of the program back in 2015 and through December 31, 2019, shares have been or will be issued at a 20% discount to market on the date of issuance.

 

Beginning January 1, 2020, any future shares issued under this program will be issued at a 10% discount to market on the date of issuance.
