Agreement terms		<p><font style="font-size: 10pt">On November 30, 2014, the Company entered into a service agreement with its current principal executive officer, Stephane Pilon.  The service agreement was subsequently amended. Pursuant to the Amendment, Mr. Pilon shall be eligible to receive a quarterly discretionary performance bonus up to CDN$6,000 (US$4,500) payable at the beginning of each three-month period beginning on September 1, 2015.  The amount of the bonus, if any, will be decided by the Board of Directors in their sole discretion. </font></p>
