2. Net Income Per Share

Basic earnings per share (EPS) data is computed based on weighted average common shares outstanding during the period. Diluted EPS data is computed based on weighted average common shares outstanding, including all potentially issuable common shares. At June 26, 2011, all outstanding stock options and restricted stock were included in the dilutive calculation. At June 27, 2010, no stock options were exercisable and no restricted stock was outstanding. Accordingly, no stock options or restricted stock were included as part of the diluted EPS calculation for the periods ended June 27, 2010.
