Other Events.

Transaction Update

On January 9, 2019, IZEA Worldwide, Inc. ("IZEA") announced on its website that it had entered into a non-binding letter of intent for the purchase by IZEA of FLUVIP Ventures, SL. After completing due diligence procedures and prior to negotiating a purchase and sale agreement with respect to the potential acquisition, IZEA decided not to proceed with the transaction.
