Subsequent Events	Subsequent Events Since the start of January 2020, the outbreak of COVID-19, which is a rapidly evolving situation, has adversely impacted global commercial activities. The Company does not believe that there is any significant impact to the Financial Statements as of February 29, 2020. The Company monitoring the developments relating to COVID-19 and is coordinating its operational response based on existing business continuity plans and on guidance from global health organizations, relevant governments, and general pandemic response best practices.
