Fair Value of Financial Instruments	FAIR VALUE OF FINANCIAL INSTRUMENTS The Company’s financial instruments such as cash, accounts and sundry receivable, accounts payable and accrued liabilities, convertible notes, notes payable and due to related parties are reported at cost, which approximates fair value due to the short term nature of these financial instruments.
