NOTE 4 – DUE TO RELATED PARTY	NOTE 4 – DUE TO RELATED PARTY As of December 31, 2012 and 2011 advances of $73,602 and $61,649, respectively, were due to the Company's Chief Executive Officer and majority shareholder. The balances are non-interest bearing, unsecured and have no specified terms of repayment.
