NOTES PAYABLE	NOTE 6 – NOTES PAYABLE As of June 30, 2024 and December 31, 2023, notes payable due to Piero Manzini, and The Cellular Connection Limited, a corporation controlled by Stuart Turk, totaling $109,963 and $113,333, respectively, were outstanding. The balances are non-interest bearing, unsecured and have no specified terms of repayment.
