NOTES PAYABLE	NOTE 6 – NOTES PAYABLE As of March 31, 2023 and December 31, 2022, notes payable due to Piero Manzini, and The Cellular Connection Limited, a corporation controlled by Stuart Turk, totaling $84,163 and $13,443, respectively, were outstanding. The balances are non-interest bearing, unsecured and have no specified terms of repayment.
