NOTES PAYABLE	NOTE 5 – NOTES PAYABLE As of December 31, 2021 and 2020, notes payable due to Stuart Turk, Jordan Turk and The Cellular Connection Limited, a corporation controlled by Stuart Turk, totaling $6,103 and $83,332, respectively, were outstanding. The balances are non-interest bearing, unsecured and have no specified terms of repayment. During the year ended December 31, 2021, $15,439 for expenses paid on behalf of the Company and the Company settled notes payable of $91,192 by issuing promissory notes. During the year ended December 31, 2020, notes payable were issued for $137,415 of expenses paid on behalf of the Company and $14,626 of cash was advanced to the Company and notes payable were repaid by the Company with $117,170 of cash.
