Item 5.02. Departure of Directors or Certain Officers; Election of Directors; Appointment of Certain Officers; Compensatory Arrangements of Certain Officers.

On May 19, 2023, after 33 years of service, and a highly successful, distinguished career with MACOM Technology Solutions Holdings, Inc. (the “Company”), Dr. Douglas Carlson notified the Company of his decision to retire from his position as the Company’s Senior Vice President, Technology. Dr. Carlson’s retirement will be effective at the beginning of the Company’s next fiscal year in order to ensure a smooth transition.
