Geographic and Significant Customer Information GEOGRAPHIC AND SIGNIFICANT CUSTOMER INFORMATIONWe have one reportable operating segment that designs, develops, manufactures and markets semiconductors and modules. The determination of the number of reportable operating segments is based on the chief operating decision maker’s use of financial information for the purposes of assessing performance and making operating decisions. In evaluating financial performance and making operating decisions, the chief operating decision maker primarily uses consolidated metrics. We evaluate this assessment on an ongoing basis as facts and circumstances change and as of July 3, 2020 there were no changes to our conclusion.

Customers B and C did not represent more than 10% of revenue in the three and nine months ended June 28, 2019. No other customer represented more than 10% of revenue or accounts receivable in the periods presented in the accompanying condensed consolidated financial statements. For the three and nine months ended July 3, 2020 our top ten customers represented 66% and 61%, respectively, of total revenue, and for the three and nine months ended June 28, 2019, our top ten customers represented 54% and 54%, respectively, of total revenue.
