On March 13, 2007, Peter Harf informed Dustan E. McCoy, Chairman and Chief Executive Officer of Brunswick Corporation ("Brunswick"), of his intention to retire from the Brunswick Board of Directors, effective immediately. Dr. Harf had no disagreements with Brunswick on any matter relating to its operations, policies or practices, and is retiring in order to devote more time to his other professional responsibilities. Mr. McCoy joins the Board of Directors of Brunswick in thanking Dr. Harf for his dedicated service and valued contributions to Brunswick over the past eleven years.
