For certain financial instruments, including accounts payable and accrued expenses, the carrying amounts approximate their fair values as of June 30, 2016 and December 31, 2015 because of their short-term nature. At June 30, 2016 and December 31, 2015, the carrying value of the Company’s debt approximated fair value, which was determined using Level 3 inputs, including a market interest rate.
