On April 16, 2020, the following communication was sent to employees of Wright Medical Group N.V.

As a shareholder of the company, you should have received the proxy materials related to the Extraordinary General Meeting of shareholders scheduled for April 24, 2020. This is the meeting where all shareholders will vote on the series of transactions that Stryker may consummate after the tender offer has closed and tendering shareholders have received their money.
