A MESSAGE FROM JEANNE DANUBIO

Hi all,

Off the dovetails of Sunday’s historic announcement, I just wanted to share my feelings of pride and excitement with our team. We should all be incredibly proud of the collective work we’ve done. Advent’s interest in our company is a testament to the value we deliver each and every day to our clients, to the industry, and to the world.

I truly believe that Advent, in tandem with Jim Peck, is a perfect partner, especially as we continue to build the future of consumer measurement. I know that the Advent team holds great confidence in our team and believes in our strategy. In fact, omnishopper measurement and retail analytics are core pillars of interest. Together, we will remain focused on our vision of success and will continue to bolster our Consumer Intelligence business unit across the globe.

As we move towards this next chapter, let’s proceed with confidence and use this new energy to drive our business forward even more. We’ve been a privately held company before and during that time, our business went on to evolve, grow, and thrive. Through it all, we have proven that Nielsen’s value to the industries we serve is unwavering. For now, stay committed to ending 2020 strong.

This is an exciting moment for our business and I know many of you will have questions. Please be sure to join our Team Check-In call on Wednesday, November 4 at 9:00 AM ET. This event has already been added to your calendar.

I’m looking forward to connecting with all of you soon.

Jeanne
