During the three and six months ended June 30, 2024, approximately 500 restricted stock units in each period, and 5,100 shares and 2,600 shares, respectively, related to forward equity sale agreements were not included in computing diluted earnings per share because they were considered anti-dilutive. During the three and six months ended June 30, 2023, approximately 54,200 and 54,700 restricted stock units, respectively, were not included in computing diluted earnings per share because they were considered anti-dilutive.
