DISPOSITIONS	DISPOSITIONS 2016 Dispositions During the six months ended June 30, 2016, the Company completed the sale of one skilled nursing facility and one acute care hospital for aggregate consideration of $75.5 million after selling expenses of $2.2 million. The net carrying value of the assets and liabilities of these facilities, after the impairment loss of $29.8 million recognized in relation to the acute care hospital, was $80.1 million, resulting in an aggregate $4.7 million loss on sale. Excluding the loss on sale and real estate impairment, the Company recognized $1.2 million and $0.3 million of net loss from these facilities during the six months ended June 30, 2016 and 2015, respectively. The sale of these facilities does not represent a strategic shift that has or will have a major effect on the Company's operations and financial results and therefore the results of operations attributable to these facilities have remained in continuing operations. 2015 Dispositions During the six months ended June 30, 2015, the Company completed the sale of one skilled nursing facility for consideration of $1.8 million. The carrying value of the assets and liabilities of this facility was $0.1 million, which resulted in a $1.7 million gain.

2016 Dispositions
