SUBSEQUENT EVENTS	SUBSEQUENT EVENTS The Company evaluates subsequent events up until the date the condensed consolidated financial statements are issued. Dividend Declaration On August 4, 2015, the Company announced that its board of directors declared a quarterly cash dividend of $0.41 per share of common stock. The dividend will be paid on August 31, 2015 to common stockholders of record as of the close of business on August 14, 2015. On August 4, 2015, the Company also announced that its board of directors declared a quarterly cash dividend of $0.4453125 per share of Series A Preferred Stock. The dividend will be paid on August 31, 2015 to preferred stockholders of record as of the close of business on August 14, 2015.
