Related Party Transactions Disclosure	NOTE 3 - RELATED PARTY TRANSACTIONS During the three months ended March 31, 2018, John Sprovieri, an officer and director of the company, has advanced $1,579 to the company. As of March 31, 2018, and December 31, 2017, the balance owed to John Sprovieri was $2,678 and $1,099 respectively.
