CONTINGENCIES	16. CONTINGENCIES On or around July 2020, a claim was filed in the Shanghai Pudong People’s Court, China against Hong Kong Takung on the basis of alleged breaches of contract. The claim amount has yet to be determined. A court hearing was initially scheduled on July 20, 2021 but the Company never received any court order or subpoena. As of the filing of this report, the Company did not have further details nor received any court order related to this claim. Except for the above, as of September 30, 2021 and through the issuance date of the condensed consolidated financial statements included in this Form 10-Q, the Company does not have any other significant indemnification claims.
