[1] The effect of the inclusion of all potentially dilutive securities for 2015 is dilutive when computing diluted earnings per share. For the period ended March 31, 2015, shares issuable upon settlement of the exchange feature of the Exchangeable Senior Notes were dilutive and were included in the computation of diluted earnings per share based on the “if-converted” method. The computation of diluted earnings per share used net income adjusted for interest expense related to the Exchangeable Senior Notes of $1.4 million and a share price equal to the March 31, 2015 ending share value of $7.16 per share to calculate the incremental shares. For the period ended December 31, 2014, shares issuable upon settlement of the exchange feature of the Exchangeable Senior Notes were anti-dilutive and were not included in the computation of diluted earnings per share based on the “if-converted” method.
