Subsequent Events	14. Subsequent Event On October 31, 2011, we entered into a joint venture with HSRE, HSRE-Campus Crest V, LLC (“HSRE V”), that will develop and operate additional purpose-built student housing properties. We own a 10% interest in this venture and affiliates of HSRE own the balance.
