Share exchange description	VinCompass Corp. (Formerly known as Tiger Jiujiang Mining, Inc.), entered into a Share Exchange Agreement with VinCompass, whereby VinCompass Corp. exchanged 60% of its outstanding shares of common stock for 100% of the outstanding shares of VinCompass common stock.
