Related Party Transactions	11. Related Party Transactions We lease 1,520 net rentable square feet of space at VA1 to an affiliate of The Carlyle Group (Carlyle). Affiliates of Carlyle own a 54.7% common interest in the Operating Partnership. Rental revenue was $0.1 million for the three ended September 30, 2013, and 2012, and $0.2 million for the nine months ended September 30, 2013, and 2012.
