3. Acquisitions

        In February 2013, we acquired land and a vacant building in Secaucus, New Jersey, referred to as NY2, with a total of 236,251 NRSF (unaudited) and a book value of $23.4 million, to develop into a data center. Since the acquisition we have developed six computer rooms at NY2, consisting of an aggregate of 101,742 NRSF (unaudited), which is 68.5% occupied (unaudited) as of December 31, 2015.
