Prepaid Expenses	NOTE 3: PREPAID EXPENSES Prepaid expenses consists of certain compensation expense paid in advance of its due date. As of October 31, 2015 and January 31, 2015, $4,000 and $0 has been prepaid, to be expensed in the next month, and is included in related party transactions (Note 5).

Tabular disclosure of the amounts paid in advance for capitalized costs that will be expensed with the passage of time or the occurrence of a triggering event, and will be charged against earnings within one year or the normal operating cycle, if longer; the aggregate carrying amount of current assets, not separately presented elsewhere in the balance sheet; and other deferred costs.
