SUPPLEMENTAL DISCLOSURES OF CASH FLOW INFORMATION The unaudited condensed consolidated statement of cash flows for the six months ended June 30, 2013 excludes approximately $3.9 million of property additions, which are recorded in accounts payable, and approximately $0.3 million related to the value of phantom and restricted units that were issued to certain employees and directors of the General Partner. The unaudited condensed consolidated statement of cash flows for the six months ended June 30, 2012 excludes approximately $3.2 million of property additions, which are recorded in accounts payable, and approximately $0.3 million related to the value of phantom and restricted units that were issued to certain employees and directors of the general partner. The unaudited condensed consolidated statement of cash flows for the six months ended June 30, 2012 also excludes $2.0 million related to the amount accrued at June 30, 2012 for the acquisition of the western Kentucky assets discussed in Note 3.

The entire disclosure for supplemental cash flow activities, including cash, noncash, and part noncash transactions, for the period. Noncash is defined as information about all investing and financing activities of an enterprise during a period that affect recognized assets or liabilities but that do not result in cash receipts or cash payments in the period. "Part noncash" refers to that portion of the transaction not resulting in cash receipts or cash payments in the period.
