Financial Instruments	Financial Instruments Financial instruments consist of accounts payable and notes payable. Recorded values of accounts payable and accrued liabilities approximate fair values due to the short maturities of such instruments. Recorded values for notes payable and related liabilities approximate fair values, since their stated or imputed interest rates are commensurate with prevailing market rates for similar obligations.
