Development Stage Company	Development Stage Company The Company's financial statements are presented as those of a development stage enterprise. Activities during the development stage primarily include obtaining debt and/or equity related financing, negotiating distribution agreements and marketing the territory for product distribution outlets. As a development stage enterprise, the Company discloses the deficit accumulated during the development stage and the cumulative statements of operations, stockholders’ deficit and cash flows from inception to the current balance sheet date.
