SUBSEQUENT EVENTS	NOTE 9 - SUBSEQUENT EVENTS In February of 2022, the Cooperative declared a distribution of $2,168,667, or $.14 per outstanding membership unit. Management has reviewed subsequent events through March 8, 2022 the date to which the financial statements were available to be issued and concluded that, other than the matters described in footnotes 1 and 7, no other subsequent events have occurred that would require recognition in the financial statements or disclosure in the notes to the financial statements.

The entire disclosure for significant events or transactions that occurred after the balance sheet date through the date the financial statements were issued or the date the financial statements were available to be issued. Examples include: the sale of a capital stock issue, purchase of a business, settlement of litigation, catastrophic loss, significant foreign exchange rate changes, loans to insiders or affiliates, and transactions not in the ordinary course of business.
