COMMITMENTS AND CONTINGENCIES	NOTE 9 – COMMITMENTS AND CONTINGENCIES The Cooperative contracted with Cargill in connection with the procurement of corn which includes an annual fee of $92,000 paid by the Cooperative to Cargill in quarterly installments and terminates December 31, 2017.
