Subsequent Events	(11) Subsequent Events In July 2011, the Company declared a cash dividend of $1.375 per share on the Convertible Preferred Stock. The aggregate dividend of $2.8 million will be paid on September 1, 2011 to holders of record at the close of business on August 15, 2011.
