Restricted Assets Disclosure [Text Block]	NOTE 5: RESTRICTED CASH The Company's restricted cash balance of $110 as of September 30, 2023 and December 31, 2022 consisted entirely of cash pledged as security for the Company’s issued commercial credit cards.
