Concentration Risk Disclosure [Text Block]	*NOTE 12:* CONCENTRATION OF CREDIT RISK** Financial instruments that potentially subject the Company to concentration of credit risk consist principally of cash deposits which include a money market account. Accounts at each institution are insured by the Federal Deposit Insurance Corporation (FDIC) up to $250. As of March 31, 2022 and December 31, 2021, the Company had $131,279 and $136,185, respectively, including restricted cash, in excess of the FDIC insured limit, respectively.

The entire disclosure for any concentrations existing at the date of the financial statements that make an entity vulnerable to a reasonably possible, near-term, severe impact. This disclosure informs financial statement users about the general nature of the risk associated with the concentration, and may indicate the percentage of concentration risk as of the balance sheet date.
