Restricted Assets Disclosure [Text Block]	NOTE 4: RESTRICTED CASH The Company's restricted cash balance of $110,000 as of September 30, 2021 and December 31, 2020 consists entirely of cash pledged as security for the Company's issued commercial credit cards.
