Subsequent Event	a) During October 2012, the Company issued an additional 95,000 common shares pursuant to subscription agreements at $0.70 per share for total share proceeds of $66,500. b) On November 2, 2012, the Company issued a total of 350,000 shares of common stock to a total of seven subscribers at a price of $0.70 per share , for total share proceeds of $245,000.
