5. Related Party Transactions

(a)	As at June 30, 2022, a total of $1,885,982 (December 31, 2021 - $1,703,755) was owed to the President of the Company, which is non-interest bearing, unsecured, and due on demand.
(b)	As at June 30, 2022, a total of $2,054,259 (December 31, 2021 - $1,929,003) was owed to the Vice President of the Company, which is non-interest bearing, unsecured, and due on demand.
(c)	For the six months ended June 30, 2022, the Company incurred a total of $225,000 (December 31, 2021 - $430,000) in management fees to the President and the Vice President of the Company.
(d)	For the six months ended June 30, 2022, the Company incurred $10,500 (December 31, 2021 - $21,000) in rent to the Vice President of the Company.
