4. Related Party Transactions

(a)	As at March 31, 2022, a total of $1,803,560 (December 31, 2021 - $1,703,755) is owed to the President of the Company, which is non-interest bearing, unsecured, and due on demand.
(b)	As at March 31, 2022, a total of $1,991,903 (December 31, 2021 - $1,929,003) is owed to the Vice President of the Company, which is non-interest bearing, unsecured, and due on demand.
(c)	For the three months ended March 31, 2022, the Company incurred a total of $112,500 (December 31, 2021 - $430,000) in management fees to the President and the Vice President of the Company.
(d)	For the three months ended March 31, 2022, the Company incurred $5,250 (December 31, 2021 - $21,000) in rent to the Vice President of the Company.
