Item 1.01 Entry into a Material Definitive Agreement.

On April 15, 2019, the Company entered into an amendment to its Third Amended and Restated Credit Agreement with its bank syndicate in connection with the scheduled redetermination of the Company's borrowing base. Following the redetermination, the Company's borrowing base was reaffirmed at $1.60 billion with elected commitments remaining at $1.35 billion. The next redetermination of the borrowing base is scheduled for October 1, 2019.
