Note 6: Related Party Transactions	Note 6: Related Party Transactions The Company has entered into a consulting contract with Michael DeBenon, Esq., a stockholder of the Company, for $6,000 per month on a month to month basis for general counsel. Legal expenses to the related party were $0 and $18,000 for the nine months ended September 30, 2012 and September 30, 2011, respectively.
