Subsequent Event, Description	Board of Directors of Brick Top Productions, Inc. (the “Company”), appointed Donovan J. Leitch to the Board of Directors. In consideration for his services to the Board, the Company issued Mr. Leitch 50,000 shares of common stock, and agreed to issue an additional 50,000 shares of common stock to Mr. Leitch on each of the following 4 anniversaries of said appointment, as long as Mr. Leitch remains a member of the Board on such dates.
Promissory Note

Subsequent Event, Description	Company’s CEO loaned the Company $150,000, in consideration for which the Company issued to its CEO a Promissory Note in the principal amount of $150,000, with interest at 5.0% per annum maturing on October 1, 2015, at which time a balloon payment of all outstanding principal and interest shall be due.
