Subsequent Events	Subsequent Events On April 26, 2016, the Company commercially launched Serenz in the E.U. over the counter through two United Kingdom-based pharmacy chains, Paydens Group (Paydens) and Weldricks Pharmacy Limited (Weldricks), with more than 150 retail pharmacy locations in the United Kingdom.
